  • Blueberry Jam
    Delicious on scones, toast or in a Victoria Sponge, this blueberry jam recipe is simple and satisfying to make. Jam sugar can be used instead of granulated sugar. If you like a firmer set add 2 tbsp liquid pectin. The jam can be stored unopened in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Once opened, it will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

    Welsh Cakes are a sweet bread from Wales. Traditionally, they are made using a cast-iron griddle, so the Rayburn and AGA hotplates are ideal for baking this treat. 
  • Orange, Cardamom and Marmalade Cupcakes
    Celebrating 100 years of the AGA cooker, these delicious cup cakes are flavoured with orange zest and cardamom - a spice used in Swedish sweet dishes and ‘a nod’ toward the country of the invention of the AGA.
