  • AGA Butternut Squash, Tomato and Butterbean Bake
    Colourful and tasty, this vegetarian dish is ideal to make ahead, and can easily be increased to feed more! Use the larger 28cm pan with 1 and a half times the recipe to feed 6-8. This recipe can be prepared up to step 6, reheated and finished later with the crispy pesto topping.
  • Salmon, Leek and Sweet Potato Gratin
    A deliciously simple main dish, easy to prepare in advance. Perfect for a warming supper and rich enough to feel special. Serve with a green vegetable or salad. It’s easily halved or doubled or more for a crowd. For speed use 300g frozen instead of the fresh leek. Make up to 2 days in advance, cover and chill until needed or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Naan Bread
    Naan breads are a great accompaniment to curries and spicy dishes, and they're easy to make. We cooked the breads directly on the AGA simmering plate, but you can also use a frying pan on the boiling plate or high induction.
  • Chicken Tikka Naan Bread
    This easy recipe, a great one for little helpers in the kitchen is adapted from AGA Demonstrator Naomi Hansell’s recipe which she enjoys making with her daughter. We’ve cooked the breads directly on the AGA simmering plate, but you can also use a frying pan on the boiling plate or induction on high. Serve with a crisp green salad and rice instead of the breads as an alternative.
  • Roasted Aubergine with a Spicy Chickpea and Tomato Sauce
    Easy to prepare and cook, this hearty dish is full of flavour combining roasted aubergines with a deliciously spicy tomato sauce.  Serve with flatbread and a green salad.
  • Chicken Kyiv
    This 70s classic is making a comeback! Panko breadcrumbs create a light, crispy coating that perfectly complements the juicy chicken and rich, garlic-herb butter that oozes out when you cut into the Kyiv. While the preparation may be a little fiddly, the effort is well worth it. This method ensures the butter stays sealed, resulting in evenly shaped Kyiv that are easier to cook.     We all love fajitas and this recipe from our friends at Viking makes them even simpler and stress-free. You can substitute steak for chicken, use a combination of both, or even opt for a vegetarian version by adding mushrooms and extra vegetables. The spices can be easily swapped out for a shop bought fajita or taco spice blend.

    An impressive joint of pork, seasoned and prepared in the traditional Italian style. Porchetta combines both the belly and loin cuts. Ask your butcher to bone the meat and score the crackling for you. The filling is simple—just fresh herbs, a hint of lemon, and garlic—letting the free-range pork take center stage. Italians often enjoy Porchetta in freshly baked bread, so be sure to have enough for leftovers.   • Lamb boulangère
    This traditional French dish derives its name from the practice of taking potato dishes to the local boulangerie to slow-cook all day in the cooler part of the baker’s ovens. The slow cooking process, with a lamb joint placed on top, results in incredibly tender meat, allowing the flavorful juices to infuse the potatoes, making them extra delicious. We've used lamb shoulder, but a leg works just as well and can be easily carved. Serve alongside a simple bowl of steamed greens and a dab of grainy mustard for a perfect meal.
