Serves 4
4 tomatoes, halved
4 portobello mushrooms
4 slices of black pudding
8 good quality sausages
6 rashers bacon
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 free range eggs
Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
1. Place a piece of Bake-O-Glide in a large AGA Roasting Tin and place the tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding in the base. Lay the sausages on the grill rack and place the rack over the tomatoes and mushrooms.
2. Grill the sausages at the top of the roasting oven or oven on R8 or R9 setting for 12-15 minutes, or use the grill if you have one.
3. Turn the sausages over and add the bacon to the rack, return to the top of the roasting oven for approximately 10 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes pour oil into an AGA Half Size Roasting Tin, lined with Bake-O-Glide and heat on the floor grid placed on the floor of the roasting oven for 5 minutes.
5. Turn the bacon and cook for further 3 minutes according to taste.
6. Break the eggs into the small roasting tin and return to the oven to cook to your liking.
