Range Cookers may require up to 8 to 10 weeks to prepare. For larger items requiring specialist delivery we will contact you by SMS and / or email when your products are available for delivery so that you can book the delivery date convenient for you. 

Cooker Hoods, Wine Cabinets, AGA Outdoors/Kamado Joe and electric Stoves and Fires: require only a delivery service and we will notify you when the product is dispatched. 

Any availability dates given in this process will be the date we expect to contact you to arrange delivery, and will be dictated by the longest lead time item (excludes AGA Outdoors orders). Your order will be delivered after this date according to your selected delivery slot.
 

The initial product prices exclude delivery, connection, cooker removal and promotional discounts, which will be calculated as you progress through the check-out process. Delivery costs may be reduced if there is more than one item in the basket.​

If you have ordered through the website the transaction must be completed through the website, we are unable to split payments between the website and our stores. 

All AGA cast-iron range cookers are available with a 10% deposit option at the time of placing the order. If your order also contains any other products, please note that the deposit option will only be applied to the AGA cast-iron range cooker. We will notify you when the balance is due which will be 14 days before the cooker is available for delivery.

On orders of AGA cast-iron cookers, we also offer an option to split your remaining balance in to two payments. These payments can be made on different cards and at different times. Your order will not be dispatched until the order is paid in full.
