2 slices of bread
Butter for spreading
Filling of your choice - some of our favourite combinations are Somerset or Cornish brie with grapes, cheese and pancetta, blue cheese and pear or brie and avocado.
1. Butter the bread on one side.
2. Put the filling on the buttered side of one slice of bread and cover with the other slice of bread.
3. Place a piece of Bake-O-Glide on the simmering side of the hotplate and place the sandwich in the centre. Toast the sandwich on one side, and then turn the sandwich over to toast the other side.
