Smoked Salmon Pate

Ideal for dinner parties or to be served as a starter with some crusty bread. Recipe produced by AGA Demonstrator Penny Zako. 

Salmon pate in a bowl with a lemon

200g smoked salmon

280g full fat cream cheese

1 lemon – juiced

2 tbsp. chopped flat leaf parsley

2 tsp. horseradish cream or sauce

100ml single cream

1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

This can be refrigerated for up to four days.
