Sage and Onion Stuffing Parcels

These stuffing parcels are an ideal accompaniment for Christmas dinner. Recipe created on a Rayburn cooker by AGA Demonstrator Penny Zako. 

Sage and Onion Stuffing Parcels

Ingredients: 

Butter or oil for greasing

170g sage and onion stuffing mix

12 bay leaves

Method: 

1. Lightly grease or spray the holes of the Portmerion for AGA Mini Muffin Tray with either butter or a little oil.

2. Make the stuffing as per the packet instructions and allow to cool.

3. Place a bay leaf in each of the 12 muffin holes. Roll the cooled stuffing into walnut sized balls to fit the tray. At this point, these can be chilled up to two days in advance or frozen for up to a month.

4. Cook from chilled in the middle of the top oven set to roasting for 25-30 minutes. From frozen, first defrost in the fridge before cooking.
