This International Women’s Day we wanted to invite you behind the scenes to meet some of the amazing women we get to work with every day.

From ensuring each cooker that leaves the factory is top quality to ensuring employee wellbeing in the HR department and from helping with customer queries through to buying in the very best products for AGA Cookshop, a host of women across the company make everything at AGA run smoothly.

There are too many great women working across the company to mention everyone, but we wanted to introduce you to a few of our colleagues…

Jenny has been at AGA since 2016, when she took over as sales and marketing director and has been with the wider group since 2009. She is now responsible for the Middleby Residential premium channel, meaning she’s custodian of three extraordinary luxury brands, AGA, La Cornue and Novy.

Jenny says she loves having such beautiful, high-performing brands to look after, acknowledging the huge responsibility as each is famous and revered in its own country – Novy in Belgium, La Cornue in France and AGA in the UK.

“I think it’s amazing to work with such a great team,” she says. “I understand, first hand, the challenges many women face juggling family and work. As a team we all work together to support each other in all of these challenges, as we do with every colleague regardless of gender.”
