As always, the wellbeing of the AGA community and the AGA team is the most important thing to us and so, in line with government guidance, our stores will be temporarily closed from Thursday (November 5th).  A member of the AGA team will be in store to answer your calls, so do ring or email your local AGA shop or independent dealer with any queries and they’ll be on hand to help - including offering consultations or virtual tour via zoom. For stores in Scotland please check our dealer locator here.  In addition, you can also order your AGA cooker online. Should you require any assistance in doing this we are on hand to help.
AGA deliveries will continue in a Covid-secure manner, so if you have any queries about a delivery your local AGA shop or independent dealer will be able to help with this or alternatively email
AGA Cookshop products will be available online at Sadly, we won’t be able to offer click and collect option during this time, but we will continue to deliver our brilliant cookware direct to your door. 
And, of course, we’ll be available online in a whole host of ways, including our popular AGA demonstrations which are now taking place over Zoom. For more information and to book a place please see here.
We’ll also be doing lots of events on social media with a programme of Facebook videos and Instagram Lives covering off everything from vegan treats to Christmas cooking. If you don’t do so already, follow us for lots of interesting and inspiring content. You can watch our events live or catch up on them later.
We’ll miss seeing you in our stores, of course, but hope to see you at our virtual events and we can’t wait to welcome you back once it’s safe to do so.

Most of our stores are now open… 

We’re pleased to announce that most of our stores are now open. The wellbeing of our customers, colleagues, their friends and families is of the utmost importance to us, so we have put in place a range of measures to help keep everyone safe while continuing to offer excellent service. 

As a result all our stores will be maintaining social distancing and we therefore recommend booking an AGA appointment by calling 0800 111 6477. We’re also offering Zoom meetings with our expert advisers so you can discuss your project, find out more about our range and ask any questions.

In addition, we are hosting a series of  AGA demonstrations via Zoom  on a regular basis., details can be found here.
We’re sure you’ll understand that sadly we won’t be able to carry out any in-store demonstrations with an audience for a while but we have recorded video AGA Test Drive Demonstration on our key products which are available to watch here

All these services are new to us all and are designed to ensure we can help all our customers. We will continue to improve our offering and welcome any feedback. 

Some stores may have revised opening hours or are open by appointment only, we would suggest that you please check with your local store before setting out.

Resumption of 2 Man Home Delivery Service

Trust us to deliver.

We know that receiving your new cooker is an event to look forward to – now more than ever! So, you’ll be glad to hear that we are resuming our 2 Man Home Delivery Service for all of our range cookers and complementary products.

However, as you would expect, we’re taking a sensible approach by following all Government advice on COVID-19, ensuring we protect you, our employees and the wider population.

All of our home delivery vehicles have been subject to a deep clean and we are cleaning the vehicles down at the end of every day ready for the following days deliveries.  

Our drivers and installers have been issued with all of the appropriate PPE equipment including face masks, disposable gloves and antibacterial spray and wipes to wipe down any surfaces touched during your delivery. They will all use a hand sanitiser prior to entering your home.

The delivery team will call you prior to the delivery to provide you with an eta and ask if there is anyone in the household self isolating or currently suffering from or displaying symptoms of the virus. If there are the delivery will need to be rescheduled – we hope you will understand this.

We will ask you to maintain a distance of at least 2M whilst we are your home, but it is preferable that you remain in another room if possible until we’ve left. We won’t need you to sign for the delivery, we’ll take a digital image to confirm the successful delivery/installation.
