The AGA Signature 100 brings together three cast-iron heat-storage ovens and two iconic AGA hotplates. The roasting oven has five temperature settings and can be used for both roasting and baking, while a dedicated baking oven and simmering oven give you even more ways to cook with the gentle, radiant heat of cast iron. Each oven and hotplate can be controlled independently, so you can use only what you need, while the programmer lets you set the cooker around the way you use it.
