Beverley Glock Cookery School
The Beverley Glock Cookery School is nestled in the foothills of The Chilterns, in the market town of Princes Risborough, and run by food writer, author and broadcaster, Beverley Glock. Beverley specialises in children's and family cookery and runs the cookery school from her 17th Century Mill House.
A maximum of 6 adults per workshop guarantees that everyone will be able to work at their own level and receive personal attention and Beverley's chatty style and enthusiasm guarantees her audience will feel at ease, thoroughly enjoy themselves and leave confident to cook her dishes at home.
Each workshop starts with, tea, coffee and homemade cake so Beverley can discuss what everyone hopes to achieve at the end of the day and get an idea of individual requirements.
