If you’re thinking about an AGA but have a small kitchen then the AGA 60 is for you. Yes, it’s small, but it’s also super-capable and offers a truly authentic AGA experience. The first time I encountered an AGA cooker it was the beginning of a life-long love affair. I mean, what’s not to love? Stunning good looks, delicious warmth and amazing food that’s so easy to cook. If the AGA ever found itself on a dating site it would be an immediate swipe right.

Artist Daisy Sims-Hilditch lives in a first-floor, light-filled apartment in West London that she initially bought as a studio but ended up making into a beautiful home that perfectly reflects her personal style. The flat is relatively small, but architectural features such as the high ceilings and large windows are stunning and the way Daisy has designed the space means she has a place for everything.

When Hatta Byng and her husband, Charlie, moved into his family home, they were keen to make it their own. As editor of House & Garden magazine there are probably few people as well-versed in interiors as Hatta, but taking on a home that had been in the family for several generations could have been a daunting task.

Interior designer and creative founder of Neptune Emma Sims Hilditch talks to us about her design philosophy, her West Country home and, of course, AGA cooking…

Emma’s ethos is simple. Her company, Sims Hilditch, creates beautiful, usable interiors designed to enhance the quality of the lives of those who live in them.

The company began at Emma’s kitchen table just after she married. She needed both a job and curtains for her house and the two things came together perfectly.
