Taylor Howes Design and AGA are thrilled to announce the launch of a new-look AGA. The creative teams from each company have worked together to create a beautiful new cooker to be unveiled on the cusp of the AGA cooker’s 100th birthday.
Both much lauded in their respective fields, AGA and Taylor Howes Design have come together to launch a new-look AGA cooker.
It is rare for AGA to collaborate, so the Taylor Howes designed AGA is an especially exciting development for the iconic British brand. Launching this autumn, the new AGA will appeal to those who value great design blended with peerless performance, wrapped-up in something that feels special and unique.
The new-look cooker features the signature Taylor Howes navy blue colourway with the addition of copper-coloured hardware – the first time this metal finish has been available commercially in the brand’s history – giving it a truly contemporary and elegant feel.
Karen Howes, CEO and Founder of Taylor Howes Design, says: “We’ve had it under wraps for so long it’s hugely exciting to see it all come together. For me, an AGA is a quintessential part of an English home and in my house the AGA is the main element that attracts my family to spend time in the kitchen. It is beautifully designed and engineered and I love that it can sit in both a contemporary and a traditional kitchen.
“The idea for the collaboration was born out of our wanting to create something fitting for both town and country living, and with the Taylor Howes colourway and particularly the new metal we’ve created something showstopping.”
With the kitchen regarded as the heart of every home – even more so after the last year of lockdowns and staying in – the AGA is surely the defining feature. Therefore, it’s timely this new collaboration launches in Autumn 2021 and the added luxe of copper detailing and an elegant navy-blue colourway offers a twist on a much-loved classic.
Jenny Hyatt, from AGA, says: “We’re huge fans of the Taylor Howes style and the way Karen creates spaces that look fantastic but are also incredibly easy to live in, so when we saw Karen’s suggestions, we knew there was real synergy and that she inherently understands the AGA aesthetic. We’re thrilled with how the new AGA looks.”
The Taylor Howes x AGA collaboration cooker is available on AGA 7 Series 100 and 150 models

For almost a century AGA has been bringing life to the kitchen. The company has deep roots in Shropshire – the birthplace of industry – and it is here that all AGA cookers are still made today. AGA takes honest, hardworking materials and engineers them into products that look great and perform brilliantly. In a world too often built for obsolescence AGA cookers are a constant, built for life and made to last. Since 2015, AGA has been part of the Middleby Corporation, the leading global provider of commercial kitchen equipment. Middleby brands can be found in many of the world’s most famous kitchens. Middleby Residential is the leader in the ultra-premium, residential kitchen appliance market providing the most recognisable and technologically-advanced consumer brands in use worldwide. This means AGA can take advantage of the very latest thinking when designing new products.
