Bread Baking with AGA at AGA Spillers

Four different types of bread were baked at AGA Spillers’ recent Bread Baking Masterclass with David Pengelly.

Each person has their own set of ingredients and cooking utensils to follow the bread recipes step-by-step with David Pengelly on hand to answer any questions. The group learns how to mix the ingredients, maintain a good consistency and the best techniques for kneading the dough. Alternative ingredients are also discussed for those with particular preferences or allergies.

This fun and information course aims to show you how to bake delicious home-made AGA bread.

Elena Durie from AGA Spillers comments: "Everyone who’s attended this course so far has been delighted with what they’ve learnt and before leaving there is always talk of future courses. We have also received many letters of thanks via email and Facebook. A follow-up pastries course is currently being offered to those who have attended the bread course and we are in discussions with David for additional course ideas."

The Bread Making Masterclass will run every few months. To book a place, or to find out more about upcoming demonstrations please click here.
