Peter works as much as possible as a freelance AGA and Rayburn Demonstrator and loves it. Following his 22 year career in the Army, Peter has catered in Austria, Ibiza, Devon, Germany and Hong Kong and ran his own restaurant in Hampshire for 20 years. He is mainly self taught, together with a great deal of help from his mother, who was a fantastic cook.
With his early life spent in India he has managed to blend tastes with European, Asian and Indian influences into some lovely ideas. His work revolves around cooking wonderful British food, European food, exotic Oriental, Asian and Indian food, food from the Pacific Rim and Australasia and good old home cooking. He is currently working on his cookery book with all recipes created or adapted and tried by Peter personally.
