Angie is the Manager here at Marylebone, as well as at our Knightsbridge showroom on Beauchamp Place. Hailing from South Africa, she has been with the company for 8 years and has a genuine love of food and of experimenting with different flavours. Angie is the one to speak to if you'd like to try something a bit different or would like some new ideas for that special meal.
Rosie is the Deputy Manager and spends most of her time in Marylebone but occasionally moonlights in Knightsbridge. As a life-long vegetarian Rosie enjoys a wide range of cooking styles, but baking is her true passion. Since joining the company 4 years ago she has learnt that the AGA heat storage range cooker makes anything taste good - even tofu!
Giovanna comes from Nicargua and brings a touch of South American flavour to the team. Originally working next door in Fired Earth, she swapped the paint brush for the icing bag and joined us 2 years ago. Since then she has loved seeing how this most British of cookers copes with her Latin dishes almost as much as we have loved eating them...
Emily is our latest recruit and has enjoyed learning how to do things 'the AGA way'. She has always loved cooking and is having fun experimenting on the AGA cooker - especially with biscuits and cakes.
