Beverley Glock Cookery School
Nestling in the foothills of The Chilterns, in the market town of Princes Risborough, the cookery school is run by food writer, author and broadcaster, Beverley Glock. Beverley specialises in children's and family cookery, a regular in the media she runs the cookery school and cooking parties business from her 17th Century Mill House.
Beverley's expertise is cooking great food using seasonal ingredients that taste fantastic, looks amazing and are quick and easy to cook. Her chatty style and enthusiasm guarantees her audience will thoroughly enjoy themselves and leave confident to cook her dishes at home armed with heaps of tips and stories. Don't worry if you don't have an AGA as all Beverley's recipes come with instructions for gas and electric ovens too.
A maximum of 6 adults per workshop guarantees that everyone will be able to work at their own level of expertise and receive personal attention. Each workshop starts with tea, coffee and homemade cake so Beverley can discuss what everyone hopes to achieve at the end of the day and get an idea of individual requirements.

Beverley is the author of 4 recipe books: 500 Baby and Toddler Foods; 500 Superfood Dishes; 500 Meals for Kids to Make and 200 Healthy Kids Recipes and her APP including AGA instructions, Cupcakes, Muffins and Afternoon Tea is available on iPad.
